FAQ

What do I Need to Know if I am Traveling with a Small Child?

Infants 7 days-2 years fly free in an adult’s lap. A second item, such as a diaper bag, may also be carried onto flight, free of charge. Children who are older than two years must travel in their own seat at the normal flight fee. If requested, children may sit in an FAA approved car seat or harness for added protection. If you choose to bring a car seat, it must be labeled with proper FAA credentials. There is no fee to bring a car seat on board.

In addition, you may bring a stroller for your little one and gate agents will be happy tot check in at the gate. The stroller will be available for pick up at the jetway upon arrival at your destination.

Am I Allowed to Bring Medicine and/or Medical Devices on the Plane?

All medicine should accompany you as carry on. Medical devices, however, should be checked in and must meet all standard measurement requirements. If you have questions or special requests, you may wish to speak to a gate agent for further guidance and assistance.

Am I Allowed to Bring a Service Animal with Me on the Plane?

Service animals are limited to dogs only and only if accompanied by appropriate documentation.
